Karen Hendricks

Sales Associate

License Number: 101438

After spending several years in the Detroit area where I grew up, I quickly realized the cold, gloomy weather was not for me. A few years after graduating with degree in Pharmacy, I relocated to Charlotte, NC. However, the beautiful city of Charleston kept calling, and my husband and I decided to move here approximately 5 years ago. We have lived in Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms, and worked and played in the entire metro area of Charleston. I enjoy the great restaurants, local theater, the beach, and participating the many running races the area has to offer. I have only recently been licensed as a realtor, but will bring all the skills I've learned in customer service, attention to detail and efficiency I've learned as a pharmacist for well over 30 years. I have also bought and sold several of my own houses over the years, and know exactly what buyers and sellers are experiencing when they make the big decision to move. I look forward to to helping people sell their current home and find that perfect dream home.

As a Realtor in this local area. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in our local communities. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone like me you can trust for up to date information. I am eager to serve you and here are some of the things I can do for you. Purchasing your next home. You will need someone who knows this area inside and out, including all the neighboring amenities that matter most to you, not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. Listing your Home. When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closings. I can take care of everything you need, from start to finish. Consulting and advising tactics to sell your home. Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to it's ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and the one that's sold fast.
